Whether you're traveling for business, studying abroad, or heading out on a dream vacation, Auburn University Credit Union makes it easy to get the foreign currency you need before you leave.
With access to up to 80 foreign currencies and convenient delivery options, you can spend less time worrying about exchanging money and more time enjoying your trip.
How It Works:
- Visit your local branch or contact us at 334.844.4120 to place your order.
- Choose the foreign currency you need, up to a maximum purchase of $1,000 USD.
- Choose Your Delivery: Pick up your currency at an AUCU branch or have it delivered directly to your home.
Delivery Options
- Branch Pickup – $17.50: Have your currency delivered to your preferred AUCU branch.
- Home Delivery – $25.00: Enjoy the convenience of having your currency shipped directly to your home. An adult age 21 or older must be present to sign for delivery.
Important Information
- Foreign currency purchases are available exclusively to AUCU members.
- Maximum order amount is $1,000 USD.
- Up to 80 foreign currencies are available.
- AUCU offers foreign currency purchases only. We do not buy back or exchange unused foreign currency for U.S. dollars.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM typically arrive the next business day.
