Your username and password will not change.

Beginning September 27, if you currently access your account through our webpage and click on “Login,” you will automatically be routed to the correct page. The updated login page will not be active until September 13.

Mobile App Access

Mobile App Access

You will need to update your mobile app on or after September 27. The current app will no longer work. Here is a QR code that will link you directly to the app store download, or you may search for it in the app store by typing in myAUCU Mobile App.

For an additional layer of security, you will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication. Your username and password will not change.
