FI to FI Transfer Service Enrollment
Auburn University Credit Union’s Remote Deposit Anywhere service may be used through your AUCU Mobile App access. Save yourself some time and start depositing your checks securely and conveniently with your mobile device.

- Visit a branch location and ask a Member Service Representative
Submit a request to our staff and we’ll review your account to ensure it meets the criteria. If approved, you will complete the final steps of enrollment through your Online Branch account.
Once approved, you’ll need to provide:
- The external account information (routing and account number)
- Verification through a small deposit process.
*If end users wait too long to verify external account information, or enter incorrect amounts on three attempts, the account is placed in a Suspended status. Contact us to unsuspend the external account.
Ready to complete an FI-to-FI Transfer? Here’s how:
- Go to Online Banking > FI Transfer > New Transfers
- Complete the following fields: account from, account to, amount, frequency, and an optional memo
- Hit Submit to complete the transfer.
Transfers are limited per day:
- No more than 3 inbound transfers per day, not to exceed $5,000
- No more than 3 outbound transfers per day, not to exceed $5,000
Outbound transfers can only be done from Checking Accounts
