We offer a wide range of financial products and services. From savings accounts to check cashing and even loans tailored to meet your needs, we go above and beyond to help you improve your financial life. We offer online services, but if you would like to visit us in person, we welcome you! Our main branch, located at 1290 South Donahue Drive, Auburn, is on the Tiger Transit route (College Loop Line) and stops directly in front of the branch. The lobby is open Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and loan officers are always on site.

DOCUMENTATION NEEDED TO OPEN ACCOUNT
To open an account, you will need to provide the following items:
- Picture ID. A driver’s license is preferred, but we can also accept your country-of origin passport or other VISA document with a picture.
- Student or Faculty ID.
- Proof of address if it does not match your ID. We can accept a utility bill, a copy of your lease, etc.
- Complete the W-8 form. Download the form here if you do not have one.
Savings
A savings account is an interest-bearing account that enables you to deposit and withdraw cash as needed. AUCU offers a savings account that enables you to build a stable financial base. To become a member, all you need is a $5 deposit to begin your application.
